7 buts of lifeThe 7 “Buts” is a powerful and emotive phrase that summarizes the suffering of people who are facing difficult circumstances. The phrase highlights the fact that despite the many challenges and struggles that people may be facing, they are still able to overcome them and achieve their goals.

The 7 “Buts” refer to the seven common excuses people use to justify their suffering and the reasons they give for not being able to achieve their goals. These excuses are: “I’m too old”, “I’m not smart enough”, “I don’t have enough money”, “I don’t have the right connections”, “I don’t have the right education”, “I’m not attractive enough”, and “I’m not lucky enough”.

The phrase “The 7 Buts” serves as a reminder that these excuses are not valid reasons for not achieving one’s goals and that people can overcome any obstacle if they put their mind to it. It encourages people to take responsibility for their actions and to make the most of the resources and opportunities that are available to them. It also serves as a reminder that people should never give up on their dreams, no matter how difficult the journey may be. Here is the 7 “Buts” summarizes the suffering of people.

1. Identify the most important things in life and take so good care of them that no one else can outcompete you in your care and passion;

But:- I have what I have; let me have what I do not have; try to fix, what I do not need, but have.

Result:- Even before one realizes it, music, arts, painting, childishness, hair, smile, and poetry go out of life and never come back to connect.

2. One can never know for certain what the future looks like and, therefore, what one needs, but everyone must know with absolute zero confusion what they don’t need. Wellness is not how much you are capable of meeting your need; it is about how less you need to be well.

But:- People only look at what else they need, and how to fulfil that need.

Result: Unlimited rat race with weak shoulders incapable of pausing and taking the burden.

3. Focus on answering the question “how can I do it?” rather than “How can I do it???????????”. Identifying a problem is never half of the solution; it is half of the problem.

But:- People come up with 1001 stories to convince themselves why something is impossible.

Result:- If you do what others are doing, you will invariably get what others are getting, which is suffering.

4. No one can find a purpose in their life. A purpose finds one at the zygote stage and shows up when one searches for it for at least 21 years.

But:- People confuse need and greed with purpose and pursue their greed; all along, the purpose gets fadeup, and becomes busy finding the next zygote.

Result:- Biggest question in life becomes, “why I am not happy even after pursuing my passion or purpose.”

5. The less you suffer, the more you suffer.

But: People spend their entire life to try to suffer less and have more comfort.

Result: as a result, they make themselves suffer unimaginably because the less one suffers, the less one interact with the environment.

6. 99% of all species ever lived on this planet have vanished. Life itself is a miracle. The fact that one is alive is a celebration. So it doesn’t matter how long one life; what matters most is how much one lives, every second of life that one lives.

But: People love to complain about the life every second they live as to why life is so unfair.

Result:- Life overlooks, then pays attention, then loses patience, and then smiles “okay, I am unfair; leave for the fair world of the 99% species.”

7. When we die, during that 5 minutes of transition, life shows a movie of life. How good the movie was determined your face at the time of death. Anyone who sees a dead body with an unsatisfied and fearful face suffers. Life is all about making those 5 minutes beautiful.

But: People live for today because “who has seen tomorrow?”

Result: Everyone the dead leaves behind suffers till their own death because the unsatisfaction with a dead body’s face is the most contiguous poison ever.
