Every obstacle is an opportunity you need. Even the one that has stolen your progress or the one that is forced you to slow down.
Maybe you needed to pause or you need to recalibrate and you need a breather or you need to change your pace because the process that you have chosen one requires more time.
Look at what is standing? In your way and ask what is the purpose that you are here to serve allow the obstacle to reveal its true reason and you will find the opportunity that you have been seeking.
Every obstacle is an opportunity you need. Yes, read that again and change the angle from which you are looking at all that’s blocking your path. Either than obstacle in your path is a result of the law of cause and effect or then it’s a response to something you have been asking for (unknowingly).
Stop living life like it’s a race you’re supposed to win. Life isn’t a race. It can’t be because a race requires everyone to run the same course. You’re on your own path. Where you’re headed, what route you take and when you get there is unique to you. No one is winning. No one is ahead. Being “behind” doesn’t exist because no one is going in the same direction you’re meant to go.
Steps to solve a problem
Whenever there is a problem, we either deny it saying there is no problem or we sit to solve the problem and make it a big issue.
Neither of these help.
A problem does not disappear when you deny it. And it does not get solved when you sit to solve it.
The five steps to solve a problem are:
- Acknowledge the problem – it is there.
- See it as a small problem, and do not say it is big.
- If it concerns people, keep in touch with them instead of avoiding them.
- Talk less and give time a chance.
- Get together and celebrate.
When you celebrate and put the problem on the back burner, you will see that the problem gets solved in time. So it is wise not to sit to solve a problem.
You study, you work, you are responsible, you dress well, you put yourself together every morning, you manage your money, you are educated & respectful, you are loyal, you have vision and plans for the future. Who doesn’t value that doesn’t deserve you.
I’m slowly learning that life is better lived when you don’t center it on what’s happening around you and center it on what’s happening inside you instead.
Accept that you are not perfect, but you are enough. And then start working on everything that destroys you. Your insecurities, your ego, your dark thoughts. You will see in the end you’re going to make peace with yourself. And that’s the greatest thing in the world.
